Not at all. I really like it so far. It's easily as good as this, if not better.

im hoping. I mean I just got into the band a few months ago and IARB has become like one of my favorite albums ever. The two after it are so hit and miss its like Bemis has another identity that writes sappy bullshit on half his records

If you don't like Defense or this, there's a good chance you won't like it, Neutral. I just finished it though, and I think it's better than this overall. It'll take a few more listens to really get into, though.

its not just the angst. the problem is IARB is an outstanding record and the two that came after it have 1/3 of good material on each and 2/3d's of bullshit. He's proved on those two that he can still write brilliant songs even with his life changes, but he also proved he can write horrendous ones.

yeah but i think the fact that he was recently married is probably important to this. i mean, that happened after the s/t right?

i get what you're saying, and iarb is musically superior, but this isn't nearly as bad as people are saying. i actually liked admit it again.

halfway through it. Peace Out and Burn a Miracle are awesome songs, even the song Say Anything was really good but all the other songs so far have been atrocious. I dont understand its not like its consistently like a 2.5 its got awesome stuff on it and horrible shit on it. damn.
