"A Descent tho"
The first minute of that song is basically one of the best deathcore moments ever, if not the best
|
| |
Agreed, not the biggest fan of these guys but A descent slaps hard.

They gotta get back on this sound man
|
| |
Agreed, this isn't even that shreddy. Lee would be ok
|
| |
Weird that this gets bumped as soon as I go back to the Discovery after like 5/6 years...
Album still bangs and this one isn't too shabby either.
|
| |
Yea the discovery rules still, and the eternal reign is solid too.
|
| |
That was a crazy good remaster/re-recording/whatever yeah. Almost as valuable as the Rareform one
|
| |
Ye the rareform remaster is awesome, took me a bit to get used the vocals after listening to the og version for years.

"They gotta get back on this sound man"
Every album after this one has a couple AHP-ish moments sprinkled into the songs, but they never fully dive back into it. The last album had that One Without The Other song and that shit was the best song on the album and it sounded like it could've been a track on here.

True they do have elements of this everywhere, but man I just want a full album of it lol

They’ve moved on to bigger and better things like frowin people in jungos.

They released this album at the wrong time. If they would have released something like this now, people would be eating it up. But this is not what people wanted to hear from them right after The New Reign.

Never thought it like that before, but that's a really good point actually
