Whole album is still excellent, easily their best since 6DOIT.

Only thing that annoys me on this album are the cheesy lyrics. DT's always had them but they're on a whole new level on this album

Yep pretty much best album since scene from a memory (haven't heard 6DOIT don't shoot me).

oh and the best of times has one of the best solos petrucci has ever done if i can remember, been a while since ive heard this though, gonna listen after Images and Awake.

seriously, every solo in each song is fantastic.

You think these solos are amazing, listen to 'learning to live', the solo at the end of that song is fucking incredible and blows me away every time.

Forgot how amazing A nightmare to remember is, such an awesome song.

all the solos are awesome, but i really love the solo in Wither

should have listened to this earlier when it came out. The Count of Tuscany is definitely a favourite of 2009.

This album is definitely the best thing they've done in awhile. Hopefully their focus on actual songwriting sticks with them.
