Unfortunatly I've seen both bands live necro and pth and they are both technical however saying pth isn't would only be said by someone who doesn't play guitar bass or drums I've played for over ten years and studied theory as well you are idiots to say they aren't and there is a difference between speed and technical and bands like the mars Volta

You're excused. But you do realize that I wasn't correcting your grammar right? I was reiterating something that Iluvatar said earlier that was entirely relevant to the conversation.

Point 1:adtr made an album and it was exactly what it they intended it to be.
Point 2: it sounds nothing like nfg besides maybe the song homesick
point 3: review does not give a good representation of how the public has recieved homesick I know tons of people who love it and it almost got album of the year in alternator press
point 4: I think sputnik has a small closenit group of ppl with similar opinions making it very biased

"Because others think it's not so who is right"

I'd assume that I was right since it is since my opinion is based off of my objective judgment of this album...

Point 1: ADTR made this album in which nearly every song sounds incredibly similar. The only song I enjoy would be the last one.

Point 2: I've never heard their older stuff but that doesn't necessarily make it better.

Point 3: The review gives an accurate representation of what the reviewer thought of it, not what the public thought of it. Fuck the public they typically listen to shitty poppy music, such as this. I wouldn't let my friends listen to this. Honestly. Alternative Press is a whole bunch of corporate bastards that sit in their offices discussing which band makes them the most money.. Very few of the people you listed in this point judge music objectively.

Point 4: I'd agree with you here. There are quite a few people who know each other and agree with each other. They do have somewhat similar opinions on what is good and what is not good, but only because their musical tastes have worn off on each other after a few years. You do realize that all of the high rated albums on this site don't inherently suck like this steaming pile of shit don't you?

This does not suck just cause you say so opinion is not fact you dumbass and your opinion well is childish and is double bass triplets and screaming and even breakdowns poppy? I wasn't aware

Then you would exactly know that PTH aren't even close to being as technical as it can get. Ever hear of a little genre called Tech Death?

And yeah, if you've listened to the mainstream for the last few years, ADTR, ETF, AA!, Chiodos, Silverstein and a lot of other bands have brought screaming, double bass triplets and breakdowns into the mainstream. They draw in the pseudo-intellectual/goth kids/scene kids like yourself, who likes to act elitist and unique while listening to your gold and platinum albums.

That's hardly mainstream and I hate to break it to you but speed metal if you can play one song you can play them all

Logic fail.

Dude... Opinion is not fact unless I'm right and you're wrong. There's only one song on here that is good everything else just comes across as cheesy and cliche. How does that make my opinion childish?

On a sidenote, have you even been listening to the clean vocals? They're quite "poppy" just in case you haven't actually been listening to this, which I'm guessing you haven't since you like the entire album

But you see, therein lies the problem. Mayday Parade is a pop punk band. ABR is metal. Idiot.
