According to a Triple J interview with the lead singer an hour or so ago, they're already working on new material.

the vocalist doesn't really do it for me. i'll have to listen to the whole album a few more times. I have a couple friends who talk about this band a lot and i never really took them seriously. I'm genuinely surprised this band has been acclaimed so well as those kids usually have really poor taste in music.

Damn straight DavID. 3 weeks from tomorrow for me! Cannot wait. And anything The Academy Is... play from 'Almost Here' is a bonus.

Stephen continues to surprise me with the lyrics he comes up with, I wish I had that brain of his. This cd took a little getting used too after NTFP and Cities, but it is leaps above BFTBM (I still enjoyed this cd though). I like the old version of "Feel Good Drag" as well.

This album took a couple of listens, but it's awesome.

Not as good as cities, or the most epic album ever, but certainly pretty good.

It's just let down by a few weak tracks (Younglife, Haight.St, Blame Me! Blame Me! - And although Feel Good Drag is good, it's not as good as the original, so they would have been better off putting in a different track in it's place IMO)

Not nearly as good as Cities. That's the standard.

I like this better than Cities... I don't get the hype surrounding that album but whatevs. to each his own.

Deathcar, saying 'Haight St.' lets this album down is blasphemy. One day, you'll understand.

burn out brighters' preachy intro/chorus is so cringe-worthy. It keeps this from a 5
