People who say that it isn't are probably black supremacists

Isn't it listed under 'Other'?

I usually just call it hip hop. I don't' fully understand the genre of trip hop.

I think it's sort of atmospheric electronic music reminescent of the beats of hip hop. I think it's a more enjoyable genre than hip hop in and of itself because rather than focusing on lyrics and beats, it focuses on music and creating an atmosphere (not that there isn't some serious atmosphere to some of the 90s hip hop records)

Which is exactly why it's trip-hop and not hip-hop. It's listed under "Other" by the way.

I think it's possible that this is the best album ever. I've been listening to it since I was 15 and I still listen to it frequently. I think it's sort of the logical conclusion of music though: the idea of making music out of music existed long before this album but no-one ever made anything as simultaneously interesting and accessible as endtroducing. it's not my favourite album, but it's probably the best album I've ever heard (on an objective level).

I really don't see how anyone could give this less than a 5. even if I didn't personally like it I'd still consider it perfect.

Hmm. I still like Building Steam... more than everything else by quite a bit.

I doubt this will ever be a 5 for me. Superb stuff, all the same.
