The fact that this has no otherworldly instruments such as the tin whistle or pipes may make it seem simpler, but it is still folk metal at heart. Its a fucking brilliant album. The reason why its so brilliant is because the heart and soul of this album is pure, and you can see the blood, sweat and tears from the level of creativity and performance. 'As rome burns' and 'No nation on this earth' are absolutely wonderful, and Nemtheanga's vocals are top-notch as always.
