I was thoroughly pleased by "The Sound of Truth" so I think I'll check this out. AILD is one of my favorite christian metal bands along with Zao, Extol, Living Sacrifice, and a few others.

the last AILD album i bought was shadows are security and i don't like it mainly because of the vocals. he sounds like he's shitting out of his mouth. are they any different on this one?

Doubt it. The vocals haven't changed too much. Nothing Left and The Sound Of Truth are bonified fucking headbangers. The former track is particuarly anthemic.This Message Edited On 02.16.09

I liked Gilbert´s backing vocals at first, but nowadays the more I listen to this album the more I can´t stand them, they just drag.
