im actually sorta surprised cuz i really hated the old stuff with the pig squill crap but i sampled some of the new stuff on their myspace and i didnt hear any pig... a step in the right direction.

No pig squeels on the entire album, which is quite welcome. Piq squeels are very irratating.

No, it isn't in any way shape or form Deathcore. If your into Death Metal, you could do a whole lot better, but you could do alot worse too. I would recommend it, but not for a really memerable listen. It's fun 3 or 4 times through, but after that, I really lose intrest for a while. But, yes, I would recommend this for even the casual Death Metal fan.

I had one off of itunes.It was decent quality, but I wanted the actual CD for backup, album art, etc. so I found a used copy and bought it. I got home, and found that it was censored and sounded like crap frankly, so I searched and searched until I found a brand new remasterd copy and bought that version.
Stop being melodramatic by saying "oh i thought i wuz the only 1 gee whiz." Just shut up. There really is no useful point in posting a stupid observation like that.

i agree. JFAC has gotten to death metal. genre's are so confusing. from now on they are DeathMetal to me. where did all the "SREE SREES" go? over it.just like i am.:D

Fans call it deathcore. What else needs to be done before its official...? Or do you prefer to say "oh yeah, theyre a death metal/metalcore band, yeah."...because the genre exists, no matter what you call it...
