I've known this one for quite a few years already, I think I bought it in 2012 or something. But I promise I'll check the Hydeout Collections soon, haven't heard those yet.

Haha, I also saw the beauty in the timing of using that title. They are quite different then, the Hydeout records? Perhaps we think that differently (...) about this and I will like it more too, since Phero and I seem to agree on our ratings for this too. We'll see!

Grodrigo:

I was not at all prepared for its violence, don't even know if it is that violent at all, but it came as an undesirable surprise to me. Especially after the slow quiet of Bebop.

Perhaps I should try again, it's been a few years!

Yes, I'll approach them as such!

Yes I don't appreciate it all that much at all, onscreen violence. Trying to think of other examples, of both too-violent and violent-in-a-good-way stuff, but can't think of any at the moment.

Babylon Berlin maybe? That was too violent for me at times. So was Killing Eve, but I did enjoy those shows.

In Latin America we have a logic that goes "the more violent, the better". I can understand how much censorship does the U.S receive from a lot of anime. But at the same time they end up fucking the anime itself.

In fact, I saw the Dragon ball episode when Freezer stabs his horn into Krillin and I was like...11-12 years old.

I wouldn't know about censorship in the US, I'm from The Netherlands. Do you know how EU versions (if they even exist!) compare? And I definitely saw the Japanese version of Champloo. But I think the Latin American way wouldn't be for me in this case, haha!

Sounds like a superb live experience, yeah!
