I think this is the least accessible Neurosis album, at least it was for me. But now it's one of my favorites.

its definitely got its moments but some tracks come and go without leaving any real feel of individuality. I'm liking it more than I did though, not that I didn't like it before but now I'm start to notice how well it flows and how brilliant the structures of the songs are. i definitely like this more than silver

TSIB is their best imo, but it's not always my favorite
you should listen to their newest two albums, if you haven't already. they're a bit more immediate than the 90s stuff.

yeah i hear that. What Ive heard off Eye of Every Storm i like a lot. I thought Through Silver Blood had volume and density but didn't nearly give me enough to take away with me to be better than this album. Im actually liking this more as i listen, both albums could prolly end up between a 3-4.5 for me, i need to let some of it sink in more
