...Is a Real Boy is without a doubt Max's best work. I think Say Anything started to go downhill after IDOTG. Their new album makes me want to chop my dick off.

There's no use in getting help now. I already cut it off after the first listen. I just preferred Max's songwriting when he was fueled by angst and emotional struggles. I think the new album has some high points instrumentally, but it just kind of sucks lyrically imo. I love Say Anything, but I just expected much more from the new album.
