Saint Pablo is S-tier though.
The structure of Pablo is weird because Wolves/Frank's track is the finale and then you have the bonus tracks, which Fade works as a kind of cheeky credits roll. But then he added Saint Pablo after that and it sort of works as an epilogue to an epilogue. It works on a macro level too because I consider Saint Pablo to be the last song that Kanye released in a certain era, maybe from MBDTF. His career took sharp and weird turns after that and thematically it's a really nice cap on it.
