Its a fucking mess. The only reason it works is because its still a Death album.

Human is best. This was my first Death album and death metal album, so it's special to me.

Individual Thought Patterns for me. Human and Symbolic are both 5/5 tho too. The first death metal band ever is still the best death metal band ever imo. But me thinks Ulcerate might seriously challenge that notion if they release just one more beyond solid album.

Not even that much wank honestly. I mean it's hardly traditional death metal but it's awesome for what it is.

It gets the same treatment on RYM tho

One of those albums with big average but also a very vocal minority of detractors, bitches can't handle the wank [2]
