Start a petition and send it to the mods. Not that it's necessary, I just don't feel like asking.

I love how he does seem to be fixated on the subject; it provides for some beautifully interpretive lyrics. God himself is anxiously anticipating their next album.

To get back to In a Jar I noticed something interesting about the line "The rooster crowed twice and you can't sleep at night."
from the bible: mark 14:72: Immediately the rooster crowed the second time. Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken to him: "Before the rooster crows twice you will disown me three times." And he broke down and wept.

" Yeah, he definitely seems to have a negative opinion of religion...it's just hard to determine to what extent, considering he does seem obsessed with the idea of it. Maybe he used to be very religious and feels betrayed by God for some reason, which is what I've always felt was behind both TDAG and Daisy."
I definitely get this vibe, there are a lot of religious references on this album but they're more subtle than TDAG.

I got just one question: Is it "I'm on my way out" or "I'm on my way to hell" on Noro? Isn't there anything official for the lyrics?

I could seriously sit here all night looking over the lyrics on this album. I think 'Sink' is about how people brush off other's pain and misery but only will then care after the person has essentially killed themselves.
"Turn the cannons towards the boat
Men were drowning in the moat
It was the end of all rowers oars"
Turning the cannons towards the boats in the moat. Why would boats be in the moat of a castle? Or in a moat in general? Those circling the castle, or in close vicinity of the castle are all sunk.
"I see God in birds and Satan in long words"
Is one of my favourite lines on the album, there are a few different ways I think it can be interpreted however the one I am most satisfied with is that it I think it means: "I see beauty in simple nature things I can understand, but fear that which I do not understand".
It almost seems like this song is told from two perspectives potentially from before and after the person's suicide or at least downfall.
a notable dichotomy exists generally from transition from the harsher/heavier and thunderous thumping sections, one of the most obvious is:
"At first I had an even keel
But now I'm not sure what is real.
It's taken me this long to learn
That every dead is ate by worms
And once they're gone they don't return"
They had balance in their life, but was it really there or was it just an illusion of feigned ignorance? Jessey viciously follows with the realization that there is no turning back after said person's death.
"
How darkly the dark hand met his end
He was withered and boney, exposed for a phoney
But we heed the last words that he penned"
The sappy sad character met his end, oh how tragic! After death only then does is recognition found, his last words memorialized.
"Haste to disgrace the traitor. Do not wait til later""
This part is quite puzzling, I'm not really sure what it is trying to say. Maybe don't hesistate to blame yourself?
