Idk I only jam the redux these days. The original just doesnt hold up after you hear the remix

I disagree, but w/e. It sounds better on some songs, but the redux kinda fucked with a few of my favorites. Maybe its just what I'm used to, but Last Light, T/T, and In Her Shadow don't sound as good to me where as songs like Black Cloud, Drop Out, and Eagles Become Vultures sound a little better.

the little lick in last light around 1:30 definitely sounds better on the original but other than that... meh

Love the work Kurt did on the redux

I find that the little intricacies that I enjoy about this record get drowned out on the Redux. It sounds beefier for sure, but at the cost of some of the nuance and clarity at times. I prefer the original but the albums always follow each other in my library due to alphabetical order so I always listen to them both anyway

Yeah, I can see that. I didn't think it needed to be re-mastered, but the new one is nice too. I have it on vinyl.

I wish I had been able to grab one of those pins they made when the Redux came out. I had the Jane Doe one but my girlfriend accidentally ran it over with her car and it was never seen again ;-;

Oh fuck. I have a white Jane Doe on my backpack right now. I think they still sell them. I need the Jane Doe coffee mug.
