idk about brit cuisine as a whole but a friend of mine whipped up a proper english breakfast one day and it was the best shit ever

really depends. there are some dishes that are unique to us that even so arent really consumed here much. Jellied Eels from a proper pie and mash shop for instance (i imagine something like 95% of the uk hasnt ever tried jelly eel).

proper english breakfast? amazing. chicken tikka masala and all the other indian-british dishes? amazing

all our pastry and meat dishes? overrated imo.

bangers and mash? sublime
