Meh Kanyes music is vastly more enjoyable than Tupacs. When Tupac is at his best it's depressing subject matter and Kanye can be at his best in different ways not just depressing. If Tupac had better songs (I'm not talking about his rapping) then maybe he could rival Kanye, but as far as I'm concerned Kanye >>>>> Tupac when it comes to overall quality. If Kanye's career ended before Dark Twisted and Throne came out then maybe I'd feel differently, but he's grown so much in the last few years. His mom would be so proud of him.

For sure on that, andcas. That's why if we're only comparing Kanye lyrics versus Tupac lyrics. Take any random song from either and Tupac would always be favored.
But overall meh. Two different styles of rap and hip-hop plus Tupac retired before he should have so we can't know how good he was going to end up.
