if you dissect Nirvana they really do rule
I was all about alice for years, but nirvana is truly great.

I've downloaded 46 gigs of live shows and other bootlegs from them. Extremely sad music, as was Alice In Chains, but hearing Kurt's eulogy's, I can't help but feeling extreme torment over it all.

I literally can't get over some of these things. I don't sit and wallow, but I just am fascinated by the gravity of some of these things.

RIP Kurt and Layne. Losses for humanity

Any release from the Layne era is essential. The new stuff I wouldn't bother with, it's good but not amazing. Especially get the self titled and the Unplugged, next to Dirt and JoF they're incredible stuff.
