Plastic Ideas is my fave aside from this. Hexenzsene and All Souls Day are too good. But I also do love Lowest Common Denominator.

Kinda disappointed with this one. Challenge... remains their best.

this took a long time to sink in for me, i remember being distinctly unimpressed the first time i heard it
|

i like most if not all of the tracks, but for all the experimentation the record feels like little more than dream pop spiderland with some gybe vibes. still second, max third best unwound but i expected more.

Well then. Thanks for the heads up. I kept checking back on Numero's website for Leaves vinyl by itself. The boxset is still cheaper than most ebay listings for the old pressing.

An old pressing would be dope, the box set is a great deal though.

interesting view point [2]
got a lot of kool stuffs going on like too many to count
it does seem a bit disjointed at times tho.

Unwound was a very disjointed band
|
| |
thanks cyg. you're not on rym anymore?
after a few more listens i'm upping my rating on this because when you think about it, being "dream pop spiderland" is actually quite an achievement. i feel a bit guilty tho now because terminus's middle section really deserves a lawsuit. + could live without "off this century" borrowing so much from "go to dallas..."
