The American version had the songs mashed up together. I own both copies (European edition and the american one). The American track-list goes like this:
1. Black Sabbath - 6:20
2. The Wizard - 4:22
3. Wasp/Behind the Wall of Sleep/Bassically/N.I.B. - 9:44
4. Wicked World - 4:47
5. A Bit of Finger/Sleeping Village/Warning - 14:15
The European edition features the same exact track-list with the original album:
1. Black Sabbath
2. The Wizard
3. Behind the Wall of Sleep
4. N.I.B.
5. Evil Woman
6. Sleeping Village
7. Warning
Wicked world wasn't in the original album, but it is featured is some reissues as a bonus track.

Wicked is great Evil woman I think was on because wasn't it their first single put out because the rec. comp. wanted them to get heard and since evil woman is a cover would be easy for radio stations to agree to play it, that is why it is on the album to boost sales I think, in US didnt matter single never got played here
