The best song on the album isn't even on the album lol it's a random target deluxe edition song. That has always boggled my mind.
but yea this album did not stick with me at ALL. Haven't loaded it up in months. I should lower my rating but don't know how
I also found it really disappointing before/after this album came out listening to Spencer talk with what seemed like a general disdain for what this band used to be and all the fans who liked it.

Spencer can say some dumb shit for sure, and he's the driving force for a lot of shitty songwriting, BUT, he's on record, recently saying that DTGL was the greatest album creation experience of his life. So I wouldn't say he has disdain for their past work at all. He just doesn't want to do it again. Which is fair, I guess? I just wish their new approach wasn't so fucking boring.
