Honestly, I'm just kinda shocked that it didn't come from Jack Antonoff this time around. I've been so tired of that guy watering down and "indie-fying" every female pop star, so it's nice to not see his fingerprints on this for a change.
Also, CRJ did start out as a folk-pop singer, so this next album could end up being a little closer to her pre-Kiss roots
