if this album was just You Stole repeated 11 times it would still be at least a 3.5

TDAG is better but both are phenomenal records [3]
Noro might be their best song

I always found Daisy to be a step away from musical maturity that TDAG showcased so well. TDAG sounds like an artful classic - Daisy sounds like a post-hardcore record.
|

I disagree, Daisy sounds like an older, more experienced band to me. TDAG after Daisy wouldn't have made as much sense

They're both pretty mature, just different. Some days I prefer daisy and others I prefer tdag. But the latter is most certainly the more emotionally weighted, lyrically profound album which is what makes it my overall favorite.

Yea some of the lines on here are just plain stupid and there's he occasional line like that on TDAG but overall TDAG definitely has the better lyrics and more emotional depth.

There are actually people out there who think lyrics aren't just a hygiene factor in music

Wouldn't count on it. I can't even pay attention to their facebook posts anymore since there are so many but none of them stating anything about new music...

Wouldn't be surprised, Pleb.
Also, I am guessing a new album will be released in mid-2016, no sooner.

If they release an energetic Brand New album during summer time it might as well be called Bangerz. Girls never stop falling for Brand New.
