Mmmmmm coming back to this after my late 2000's obsession ended with me not listening to these dudes for ages.
I must have been 17-20 when I binged them, but let me tell you, this hits a lot more nicely at 32. I used to just smash replay on the singles and Heligoland over and over but now the atmosphere is hitting me like it didn't when I was younger.

Such a consistent album. Only the 'Exchange' songs and to a lesser extent 'Man Next Door' are a bit below par. 'Black Milk', 'Risingson' and the t/t are my favourites.

Been listening to "Angel" while playing chess. Usually I can't focus much on the music while in a game, it's just something so it's not quiet, but when "Angel" comes on I groove pretty hard.
