I feel like Radiohead barely functions as being a band anymore. Almost on the level of Tool. Since 2003 they've had 3 albums made. 3 albums doesn't really cut it in a 10+ year span. And this is coming form someone that thinks In Rainbows is in their top 4 albums. I guess it's their way of going off into the sunset by slowing down on making new music. Based on news reports their next album won't be out till 2014 or possibly 2015.

But are Hail to the Thief and King of Limbs considered 2 of their top albums? That's my argument. I remember being pissed off that King was 37 minutes long when we waited over 3 years for it and there is only 3 to 4 really great tracks on it. The last two times we waited over 3 years for a Radiohead album were for Kid A and In Rainbows. Arguably 2 of their best albums.

Yeah, this is pretty much what has been gathered in interviews. Everyone but Ed O'Brien seems to loathe time in the studio together.
