It's kinda hard, but my pick for worst on RtR would be between either Cloud Connected or Dawn of a New Day.

I’ll bet if RtR had the same production as Clayman more people would like it

"I’ll bet if RtR had the same production as Clayman more people would like it"
This is the only take here so far that has made a lick of sense considering that Clayman has writing as bad as any of the more maligned releases they had later in the 2000s.

Clayman and reroute sound absolutely nothing alike songwriting wise lol. Reroute is basically them trying to go nu metal with twin guitar harmonies

I'm just saying basically clayman all the way through come clarity is a series of albums that sound nothing like each other. Definitely they're figuring themselves out phase. Come clarity is where they settled back into a steady style

It arguably does have more contemporary influences but that's all you can really say about it.

Reroute and clayman sound about as far apart as any of their albums and it's funny because they're back to back. I would never guess if I didn't know. Colony and clayman sound far closer to each other

A lot of the basic riffing is the same and a lot of it has virtually all the same problems as Clayman with more really popular alt metal cliches of the time (which were really already creeping in on Clayman to begin with).
