Personally I would say it's the other way around. Eminem is an amazing rapper who struggles to put together an average album.

im a tad over-exaggerating because the MMLP and SSLP are both important records for a reason, the man had a skill and passion that turned mass media politics upside down and he was a marketing frenzy as a 'white rapper' but that spark died out after his life wnet down the drain in the mid 2000s and hes never been able to recover.
