Just to sort of hammer this nail in a bit more though, the label owns RATM completely, also Morrello supported corporate democrats and probably still does LOL. It's amazing how this bands fans try and justify and hide from this fact.

I never liked this band, complete frauds.

As an aside, I remember in the early 2000's Godspeed You! Black Emperor got a lot of shit for criticizing Radiohead for being on a major label while preaching politics. And they were right then and I'm right now about RATM. This band actually have gotten even worse over the years, charging upwards of 300 dollars for concert tickets LOL. Claimed it was for charity, hard to say if that's true or not. Hard to believe the band at all considering the one major flaw I mentioned previously.

Oh yeah and if you're white and a fan of RATM, better hate yourself because they hate you and your entire race but they are anti-racist at the same time. Cannot make this shit up.

Idk about these arguments tbh. Not sure what Radiohead did, but as a musician you've got to survive somehow. Can't blame them for that. It sucks though, because when you want to openly criticise the industry and you're on a major label you're literally biting the hand that feeds you. But still, why you should not be political.



RATM look like posers to me though. Great tunes on this album, but honestly I don't care for them as individual artists
