Sure, I guess that makes sense. But this is arguably top 5 DM of all time and considered an essential to the genre. Whereas Terminal Redux is great, but top 5 thrash all time? Not so sure about that.

Considering how much i hate most thrash metal and my unreasonable love for that album im inclined to agree, but it also further cements my sentiment that my own taste in metal supremely dope lol

It'll be my first time seeing them. This year has already been great for shows though between Entombed, Inquisition and Incantation. Also have Nile, Cryptopsy, Suffocation, Morbid Angel and Archgoat coming up. On the subject of Vektor TR was a damn good thrash album but Black Future still gets more play from me

Don't want to be a genre douche but I wouldn't rate Vektor as thrash, they'd be technical thrash. Guitars are a lot more technical than on say Beneath like Space mentioned as his top tier.

BtR or Schizophrenia are pretty much the best raw thrash albums imo.

yea, most of the time it's just pure heavy dumb fun, and I love it for that, but I can see why some people would dislike it because of its lack of depth. makes sense why you like Terminal Redux so much then. the music alone is great, but how well it works with the story is what sets it apart. I'd say that album is progressive metal before anything, only thrash about it are the riffs. in that vein it's more similar to Death, then say Sepultura.

btw guys, new Immo leaked like 2 days ago. you know that, right?
