Just getting into this band and I am pumped for the new album in October. I am not familiar enough with this band yet to discern if their direction is a good one for their sound or not but I can say I love the long track on this album and if the two on the next record are anything similar it is going to be awesome

there was another pic from their recording session and they had a display of vinyls shown as "influences" and it was just three Eloy albums, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, and Hell Awaits, so I don't think we're getting a super ambient one. More like proper prog death with some ambient sprinkled in maybe.

I heard it'll be a br00tal slampocalypse of the deathiest kind, interspersed with ambient interludes after every slam. It'll be totally random, even more so than tech wizards of wonder Lykathea Aflame. Essentially two random albums spliced together. Very cool
