Guys, guys, Powerslave is an alright album BUT THE SIN AND THE SENTENCE IS A TRUE CLASSIC.

I mean Sin and the Sentence is pretty sweet album. Especially after all those misteps. I'd probably give is like 3.5, maybe a 4 if I'm feeling generious.

But Powerslave is a 4.5 on a bad day.

This album sucks by the bands standards, the lyrics suck, and the performances are bland. If it wasn't an Underoath album it would be your average radio rock album. Underoath is capable of way more than this and they're my favorite band, so excuse me if I'm miffed their big comeback album was a fucking let down.
