JP isn’t exactly a riff master but the “back on my feet again” riff in Strange Deja Vu is like a top 10 riff ever imo

I remember seeing Dream Theater and Queensryche on a co-headline tour. I love both bands but was heavily in to Queensryche at the time. Queensryche played first and I was so disappointed because I thought they should've been the band to close every show. Anyhow, DT came on next and opened with Home. Keep in mind that the show was on Long Island so it made it that much more special. Their performance was amazing.
Fates Warning opened for both bands by the way.....they were promoting Disconnected.
Good days for sure.
