I just liked that album less and less every time they came out with a new one, they grew so much as a band and TOCS feels pretty juvenile to me now.

I live in St. Petersburg, FL which is basically the band's hometown so I got to see them a lot. Spencer would often show up at the mall I used to work at, Aaron has played several small acoustic sets at my old church's college building, the original drummer for The Almost, Kenny, used to play drums at my old church, and my dad worked with Aaron's old roommate Brad, and my friend Stephen is casual friends with Aaron. Honestly it's not hard to have some connection with the band in this town lol

yeah they were utterly fantastic when I saw them, aaron was so busy going hard on the drums that Spencer basically did cleans and screams and he was a fucking monster on both

I teared up at the end of To Whom It May Concern ngl. also did you get the trippy electronic Some Will Seek Forgiveness? I fuck with that version a lot

So are they just playing TOCS and DTGL or have they been playing other stuff too?

Spencer is a god damn monster (2)

Spencer is awesome at cleans. I saw Spencer being the lead singer for Taking Back Sunday when Adam left the band for a tour. It was so fucking amazing. And yeah he did the cleans a lot when I saw them play last year.

Cant wait to see these guys in a few days. Last time I saw them was in 2005 with Poison the Well and As Cities Burn and it was the best show ive ever seen.

That was before DTGL so it's fair to say they'll be even better now
