This is weird logic because it would still have to be better than 'Kid A', 'OK Computer', and 'In Rainbows', which would easily be the most inconceivable part of such an opinion.

Pablo gets an unfair rep. It's a really solid album imo.

What I reeeeaaaaally like about it is its diversity. It reminds me of The White Album.

Plus it has some of their best tracks. There There, 2+2=5, etc.

It, like just about every Radiohead record, has some top tier material. But it also has a lot of subpar filler. You could cut four tracks, making it 10 total, and improve it greatly imo.
