"Swans try to craft something new and "abrasive" with the seer, but end up creating an aimless, sprawling, and pretentious disappointment of an album. It does have moments of brilliance (very few), but these are easily outweighed by almost 2 hours worth of overzealous garbage that you have to wade through to find it.r1.4/5"
