Mariner was the Julie show, a good show too, but it wasn't anywhere near as memorable as this for me.
How does one not remember Nightwalkers? Those riffs are undeniably infectious. In fact yeah... there it is. I always get the visuals from the gig when that kicks in too. Feels good man.

I need to hear it first, pre-order hasn't arrived and regardless of that I've taken the very bold decision not to attempt checking any songs until I can guarantee 70 uninterrupted minutes. Inconvenient. I'm legitimately impressed by my patience.
Fortunately tomorrow is the weekend and next week I also have a couple of train journeys spanning multiple hours.

Demon, the true connoiseur of CoL will be able to appreciate the new album but will also realise that it has no place vying for the top spots in this band's incredibly impressive catalogue.

This band is something, new album knocks it out the park.

new album sounds obviously really good on first listen but i'm not blown away like i was with this one
|

A lot more atmospheric than this one, definitely feels less immediate but still.

I'm taking this quote, editing it down a little (to the first 4 words) and using it from this moment forth in whatever context I choose. Cheers.
