A friend of mine thought the lyrics when he sings "ive been feeling like my peak is in my past" was "ive been feeling like my dick is in my pants" lmao

"'m not sure if I'm feeling this album right now. "

Yeah I've never heard this band before. My first impression was, okay, this sounds pretty interesting and there's things I like here but I never quite grabbed me. Maybe I'll be in the mood for it on a different ocassion.

Wow. I was looking forward to this one but not expecting to get blown away like this. The band have taken it to a new level, just stunning.

The opener is actually starting to emerge as my favorite, they're so good at openers

This is very good, but “Children of the Moon” still takes aoty. There isn’t a song on there I dislike, but “cleaning” on here does absolutely nothing for me. Still, very good release.

love Cleaning now. Barking is doing less for me atm. also not really in love with Hall of Frozen Heads like the rest of you. beyond that, everything goes from pretty great to WOW

I'm really missing the sad/beautiful soundscapes you can find on Dealer.

Kudos on them to try new things on every release tho

The band is right about this not necessarily being an "easy" listen. It's pretty uncompromising, and I can't see myself throwing this on the way I would with something like DDTM or even NMG. But I absolutely love how all over the place and artful this is, even Dead Cat has that abrasive weirdness that I personally adore

‘Dealer grew on me like a mfer’

This a great record for sure but give me the Dealer/ Albatross sound over this any day

After my third listen, this is definitely getting its hooks in. A little uneven, but pretty clearly their best since Dealer for me (and may surpass Dealer). Great stuff.

I'm about to give this a 5 tbh, I don't think I've heard anything quite like it in a while
