Yes it does. I'm settling on a 4.5 it's just a sublime album front to back. Can't rly pick out a weak spot. I think Illinois and other albums have arguably higher highs, but this just works so damn well as an album - very much like C&L in that regard.

Suddenly I’m not sure. Once all the usual Sufjan instrumentation comes in on javelin (song), I like it way less, and that’s kind of how I feel about the album. But lemme see
