Yahhp there are some legitimately good moments, like the chords starting around 3:50 in Crossing Guard.

The band definitely has potential. I can't see myself rating this more than 3.5 right now, but the album is not without merit.

I met someone recently who thinks a lot of themselves, and when it came up in conversation that I’m into underground metal, they recommended this album to me, describing it as artistic post-post-punk and the best rock-adjacent album they had heard in years

really like the new one but this ain't it for me hmmm

this band writes the same song over and over again. but it's always a good song. Winnipesaukee is pretty distinct amongst their other stuff tho. its p much my favorite track of theirs
