Someone should find a way to get the vinyl rip of this out digitally because it sounds better that way.

How did you find it? I'm guessing by the rating, you didn't pre-order the vinyl version of this.

Someone uploaded it onto YouTube, but I wasn't able to find a download link to get it in full quality. If anyone wants it - here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXxg0NwaeKg

Thanks. I'm interested to hear it.

No problem. Generally for these types of albums I find the digital mix far too brickwalled and exhausting, I hear a lot of digital distortion that just doesn't sound good on the original mix, and the guitars are less buried in the vinyl version.

You're right. It sounds more open and easier to pick out individual instruments. Maybe I'll get the vinyl.

Yeh if you're into this more than I am which I can tell you are, the vinyl version is a must-have

They've had some really good shows, from what I've been reading. I love these guys, but I'm not going to a deathcore show, ha ha.

First three bands on the ticket were kinda lame "muscle guy metal". Brand of sacrifice was decent but pretty generic. Shadow of Intent's set was perfect and in a lot of ways was even better than Lorna

I remember from the review comments that there were a lot of people more into Shadow of Intent than Lorna Shore, so that doesn't surprise me.

These guys are topping my list of bands to see at Download this year.
Still listen to this repeatedly, especially the Pain Remains trilogy.

does anyone else remember when deathcore bands played riffs

Deathcore as a genre is garbage, and a lot of the older stuff is worse than the new stuff... although, a lot of the new stuff is still garbage too. Personally, I think these guys did deathcore a favor by bringing some attention back to the genre.

Suggesting that older deathcore had more riffs than the current big bands that are doing genre blending stuff is crazy to me.
