Kodak rhymes half his verse with HEEEEEUUUUUH literally what more could you ask for from a rapist mumble rapper

Yeah the cry voice on N95 does nothing for me but is core to why u is such a good song - way better storytelling and emotion

Yeah even the sounds of the liquor bottles or the inflection in his voice that makes it sounds like he took a swig is so atmospheric.

“ Kodak rhymes half his verse with HEEEEEUUUUUH literally what more could you ask for from a rapist mumble rapper”

The way he pronounces words like conglomerate and cubicle are just comical.

I have noticed that Colton, it kinda ruins some of the impact that last line has.

This is far from bad but easily Kendrick's weakest imo. Only a couple songs I don't like, but not sure there's anything I truly love.

I don't know why this album has to end on Mirror. I get the message and everything and the production is good but it's a disappointing outro

yeah if they had made Mother I Sober the closer it may have been a better ending.

Nah I like his inflections n voices n adlibs n shit, it contributes to his overall aesthetic and storytelling in a way that’s refreshing in the modern era, where most rappers choose one voice and flow and stick with it their entire careers

I think he’s talking about the last minute of “u” bro, not his voice in general
