"Come on guys, don't trash the vinyl"
my sentiments exactly

vinyl is more interesting if you want to celebrate and support the music itself with the changing of sides etc. Sound quality wise, it's not as accurate as digital hq releases but that's not the point really, at least for me. However, if you got a nice set-up along with your player the sound is mostly as good as digital. Got two klipsch active monitors and a high quality low price sub and it works just fine

I just like it as a hobby and have some vinyl nights with friends..
A lot of people spend their money on shit that is way more useless than vinyl.

fully agree on that. nothing beats vinyl nights with close friends, beers and some good weed

Vinyl nights with friends is a thing?

Yeah just everybody bringing some vinyl, having a drink, having a smoke and just have that pub setting in your own home. Lovely.

this is like a slightly watered down version of stage four

Thanks Ray, I'm tryin' to see yours and sticks collections. The kicker is, is that back in 2008 I had close to the same number collection wise, turned around and sold ALL of it because I was more focused on partying and then had the difficult task of re-collecting once I got my shit straight. CD and cassette collection included, which thinking about it, I haven't put any of my CD and cassette collection up on Discogs.

https://www.discogs.com/user/rowds136/collection pretty standard sputnik taste tbh haha
back to the album i don't think it's watered down, it just doesn't have the narrative that stage four has which is fair enough. exit row has emerged as my favourite now, such a track

yeah man, have a visit. But my collection is underdeveloped since I started a year ago or so. And shit's expensive and some records I would like to have are just not affordable at all. But it's a nice hobby definitely. Really brought me closer to a friend again with who I lost touch quite a bit, so yeah music connects.
Record is really good but lacks the energy of their first two records.

Will check out both collections in the coming day! Will also shoutbox somewhere in the coming days when my profile is up to date!
Love snooping around in collections

nearing my 30's and still scream like a banshee, in my free time so what haha ?!
Nah, it works well for them. After their first two records it wouldn't have made sense to continue in the same vein. But I prefer the style of the debut and parting overall.Opening up for other influences was a bold move and mostly executed well. I just think jeremy is not a good clean vocalist, at all. I mean yeah he's great because of his lyrics and how he presents them but technically he is really bad.

I'll be 35 in a few days and I'm constantly tired, so I gotta give them props for the energy they DO have lol. And I actually really like Jeremy's vocals on the new album.
