Booka gave her side of the story in more depth this morning in a Reddit post:

Do with that what you will

interesting, still okay with her being out of the band though

Didn't she get married recently tho? Still probably shouldn't be fucking around with youngsters

New music on the 14th. Rock bottom expectations at this point but any sort of return to form would be very welcome.

Maybe they can salavge something to make themselves stand out again. Used to love this band but its been miserable to watch them decline since Old souls, worlds apart was alright. Oh well

screw the cleans, give me sean only
|

I thought the amount of cleans on old souls was perfect, only here and there to give that slight variation. Wouldn't mind if they more towards that route, but I doubt it
Also the new lady apparently can scream, so I'm curious if both of them will scream and switch back and forth

New vocalist is a solid pick. She can sing and scream and her band just called it quits like a week ago, guessing this had something to do with that lol. However this band's current trajectory is still trash so I won't bother with optimism yet.

ive never listened to a second of this band post worlds apart and i dont think im gonna change that

Saw them for the first time and they kicked major ass live. Sean was an absolute monster and they had top notch stage presence. Was a little disappointed in the setlist, but that's to be expected

Recent footage suggests that Sean has improved his live game considerably over time. When I saw them he couldn't do anything but mids with confidence and there were a lot of poor performance recordings floating around. Glad he's delivering the goods these days.
|

Oh yeah he did some nasty lows, and quite frequently too. Sucks to hear you had a poor experience back then, but I can for sure say they rule nowadays
|

Respectable, album blows
