I've yet to hear that song. Thanks Sowing. Pretty cool stuff, can't believe I didn't know about its existence lol.

Just checked Beverly Laurel. So damn good. Sounds like Lonerism and Currents had a child

I like to think of Led Zeppelin as a weird riffy outro to Elephant and it just makes that whole section of the album 10x better

Sundown Syndrome is by far their best non-album track. Also New Person, Same Old Mistakes is probably in their top 10 songs.

This grows! Some tracks are a little too long, but this is pretty great.

Breathe Deeper is just as good as The Less I Know The Better imo. I wouldn't be surprised if it became a big hit.

Is It True needs to be a single three months ago so I can blast it all summer

what's interesting is that in his interview with Zane Lowe (great interview btw) Parker said that Is It True was only halfway done 7 hours before he had to master it, so you could say the whole song is kinda half-assed and rushed and yet it's clearly one of the best songs on here.

One of the TAMEST, blandest bands I listened to these past 10 years or so. First album was pretty much OK, not as great as the hype wants us to believe anyway. "Lonerism" was a nice little record too, maybe the one I liked the most in hindsight. But man, "Currents" was a waste of my time, an hour plus long YAWN. This, I've been listening to this these past couple of days and man, really bland and boring stuff. I like to call this project the Supertramp for ageing hipsters. Anyway, people seem to love this guy, so, maybe it's my problem here. Who am I to judge? I simply find this Kevin Parker guy nothing special, for real. Good review by the way.
