Im glad this is all resolved, now can Batushka release a new record cuz Patriarkh is firing on all cylinders right now.

I highly doubt Derph makes anything under the Batushka moniker anymore. I think he mentioned early on in the litigation process how the lawsuit had exhausted him and the band was basically tainted enough that he just wanted to maintain ownership rather than continue to make new music. Plus, I would guess he sees Patriarkh and how they've lifted all of the influence and style he developed and doesn't want to risk being seen as a copycat.

That really sucks if that's the case. I liked having both of em. Batushka was really good with the heaviness while Patriarkh is good with the religiousism
