on 3rd now and liking it more...it works really well like an uncompromising album to start the day.

I like it more now, it's just a way more fun record than their others

I guess it depends on how you determine fun, since their last two are a lot more fun than this to me

More in the vibe, I do like the previous two records more, but if you are coming into this record expecting something more serious it dissapoints imo

honestly their last two were dark and intense while this one is much more laid back for the most part

I've returned to this so frequently since it's release. Honestly, it's such a fun and well written record despite its flaws (squashed guitars/drums, some tracks are a bit homogenous to others). It's different from the classic Chainheart/Steelbath era sure but I really like how they evolved (assuming this sounds close to their recent outputs).

It doesn't really sound that close imo, this is way less dark and intense, like Toondude stated

it's not THAT different from their other recent work, but definitely a bit less intense. The Ride Majestic's title track isn't too far from this, but Spectrum of Eternity is way more frantic

yeah this is like if their lighter albums from the mid-2000s were actually great instead of just alright.

Figure Number Five is worse than In Flames' Come Clarity, no way in hell is it better than this.
