Well musically yeah, I just meant when I see a new release being talked about I always have to look up which one it is. There’s definitely a hardcore or screamo one too, I remember one of their albums had a picture of a woman with a gun in her mouth (much edgy).

Uuuuh evolved? Now you re getting on my nerves, but I ll check on their "massive discog" for grind and postHC. Plus - ulver's tag anoyed me for a while. Not anymore tho

Tags annoy me period. Took how many goddamn years for them to start having the material printed directly on the necks? Ridiculous.

uhh, yeah they have evolved. what the hell is your issue with that? you’ve clearly never listened to this band before so maybe listen to a few other songs before getting all upset about something you don’t understand? Canada Songs is similar to the fucking Locust. it’s 10 songs in 11 minutes. their next two albums were in the noiserock/post hardcore area. this is wildly different from their other three LPs

Yap. TKS. As I said before I'm going through their discog to check that. I don t mind changing my mind like I did on the latest Ulver's. I just still don t see the depth in this, artistically nor musically so it will be hard to consider this an evolution of anything...still think its good and original though

Daughters have a very clear cut evolution, like it's pretty gradual. Every new album is them weeding out certain elements of the previous album and evolving off of other elements

my bestie loves this, but he is literally the incarnation of noisey/dissonant/post-punk, bless his soul.
