There are varying degrees to which two things can be alike or similar. So to say something is like something else doesn't always extend that to the extremes.
So to clarify, neither pulls me to want to listen to them more, and I group them together in the 'uninspiring' category
That Fetid track sounds more like Incantation while Outer Heaven sounds cleaner to me
