Mylingar is one of the very few DM bands where the riffs themselves arent the main draw for me. Theyve got some good riffage, but honestly some of it is very average (however they have some really good songwriting ideas, if that makes sense, like how those stop/start blast beats meld with those crushing riffs on one of the songs on their EP). The suffocating wall of sound production and balls out vox are the main reason i jam. atmosphere up the ass.
